At each step, the program draws from the best learnings in cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Members connect with their coach through our private in-app chat. Coaches protect confidentially, giving members the outlet to talk openly about struggles and successes.
Coaches are available to chat any time, cutting out the need for scheduling or planning in advance. Members can message their coach at whatever time works best for them.
Coaches work with members on building self-care skills to fit their lifestyle and support their goals.
Coaching is not a one-size fits all program. Every conversation between a member and their coach is unique.
Pivot Flex's coaches hold a four-year degree in a health-related field, are national board-certified Health and Wellness Coaches, representing the profession’s highest standard.
Pivot Flex coaches partner with members to discover inner strength, and build emotional and physical coping strategies needed to achieve short- and long-term goals. Coaches are uniquely qualified to help members reduce clinical burnout, manage anxiety and build strategies for nonclinical trauma reduction.
